Michigan state law requires us to collect 6% MI sales tax for all orders shipped to Michigan. Orders outside of Michigan are exempt from this tax.

Order Information: All orders will be confirmed by Email. You will receive another Email when your order has been shipped along with a UPS tracking number. UPS Ground deliveries generally take 3-6 business days from Michigan, please see the map below to determine transit time from MI to your State.

Methods of Shipping: Other methods of shipping are available for International, APO, Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Alaska or Express shipments. Please contact us for further details. The $12 shipping charge applies only to Ground Shipments made within the Continental United States.

Out of Stock: You will be contacted via Email when a requested item is out of stock.

Returns: You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us before returning any items. We will accept returns within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Returned items must be in new, unused condition & in still in original packaging. Sorry, NO RETURNS on items featuring codes: Webkinz, Ty Girls, Beanie Babies 2.0 or Groovy Girl enhanced dolls. Email us or call 586-771-6770 for an RMA.
