Learning Curve BILLY

Billy is a bright orange tank engine who's boisterous, bubbly and bursting with enthusiasm, but he's not good at waiting for instructions. But, like the other friends on Sodor, Billy has a unique job to do. Vehicle includes a character card explaining the unique personality and job on Sodor. Vehicles aid in developing fine motor skills, color identification and counting skills.
