Following the Queen’s passing, Breyer re-released the model as a Special Edition in 2023. This Special Edition wears a royal purple sash with a rosette bearing her name in silver. A portion of the proceeds from her sale will be donated to the Fell Pony Society and Girlguiding, two organizations that Queen Elizabeth was passionate about.

When Queen Elizabeth passed away in 2023, Emma and her groom stood beside the road as her coffin went past, tacked up for riding, with one of the Queen’s headscarves draped over her saddle. Emma seemed to bow in respect as the procession passed, in images horse lovers will never forget.
