Jam & Count Panda takes the appearance of a cartoon-ish panda. He holds a blue guitar with the numbers resembling shapes in his hand. He is activated by either pushing the buttons on his guitar or by pulling the whammy bar. His headset lights up as it plays 70+ songs, sounds, tunes and phrases teaching numbers, colors and shapes.
