We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, Mastercharge, American Express, or Discover. Our website is secure! Michigan state law requires us to collect 6% MI sales tax for all orders shipped to Michigan. Orders outside of Michigan are exempt from this tax.
Order Information: All orders will be confirmed by email. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped, which includes a UPS tracking number. UPS Ground deliveries generally take 3-6 business days from Michigan, please see the map below to determine transit time from MI to your State. **NOTE: If you keep security on high mode with your email provider, please add info@whistle-stop.com and auto-notify@ups.com to your address book to ensure that your spam filter does not block our emails to you regarding your order. Methods of Shipping: The Shipping Calculator provides estimates UPS upon checkout. Rates are exact, based on the weight of the item(s) and your zip code.

Out of Stock: You will be contacted via Email when a requested item is out of stock.
Christmas Returns: Items purchased after September 1st can be returned within 10 days after Christmas with proof of receipt. Call or email for more details.
Returns: You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us before returning any items. We will accept returns within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in new, unused condition & in still in original packaging. Sorry, NO RETURNS on opened LEGO. Email us or call 586-771-6770 for an RMA.
